Disputes, investigations and commercial contracting support

Provided by experienced lawyers and legal freelancers

Your suppliers of interim lawyer and paralegal services should match your quality proposition

Too often, procurement of interim legal support and managed services is based on price alone. Anyone can appear cheap, but it’s often a false economy.

In contrast, we focus on quality and value. We care as much about the quality and outcomes of legal tasks as you do.

We draw on a pool of experienced current and former lawyers. They have been the advising lawyer, they know what’s required and they have proved their abilities time and again. They work faster and more accurately than the general market. We can genuinely offer faster, more accurate and cheaper outcomes.

What Our Clients Say

Case Studies

Review and Response to Data Subject Access Request

A law firm partner introduced us to one of her clients who needed support in preparing a response to a data subject access request (DSAR), arising in a very sensitive employment dispute.

We worked alongside the law firm, taking care of all aspects of the data collection, processing and upload to Everlaw, review and production of the response. The law firm continued to advise on the legal requirements of the DSAR and the drafting of the response letter.

In total, 265,795 documents were provided by the client as being potentially responsive to search terms over the date range in question. Through various processing and searches, we got the total number of documents for human review down to 4,881. These documents were reviewed for relevance and categorised according to the nature of the information, the availability of any exceptions to disclosure and the most appropriate method of disclosure (e.g. providing an extract or the whole document).

We prepared the response in the format agreed with the instructing law firm and provided support to them in their drafting of the cover letter.
